Win 60 iExperience Preview Tickets

Earlier at CommunicAsia, IDA launched its own self-managed Infocomm Experience Centre, called iExperience, located at the newly opened Esplanade Xchange. As usual, VIPs go first, and the public will be able to tour the place starting 1 July 2010.

The idea is to excite the public and the visitors about how residents of Singapore will be living, working, learning and playing in the coming years. The showcases are refreshed periodically for people to experience cool stuff.

If you can’t wait for 1 July, here’s an “advertisement” from IDA for you to win 60 preview tickets on 26 June:

The Experience Centre is running a contest to invite the public to send in ideas of what they would like to see at the Experience Centre.

There are up to 60 preview tickets to be won (1 ticket per submission) where a special guided tour will be conducted on 26 Jun before it opens to public on 1 Jul.

Closing date for the contest is 22 June.

If you’re still not sure where it is (especially if you haven’t been to that part of town recently) this is a rough position of it, which you can access by walking from City Hall or Suntec City:

Best to just come out from Esplanade MRT station on the Circle Line and follow the signs.

And I’ve already foursquared it – come fight for mayorship 😛 foursquare.com/venue/4959546

Btw, if you win the preview tix, might as well complete the trip by stopping by the Arts House on the same evening (26 June), 8pm, for a simple brass quintet recital by moi – this one no contest, $10 only. Register on www.apesnap.com/event/fivebyfive!
