I remember reading quite a number of comic books, in addition to my daily dose of comics on the papers till this day. However, I only followed Dragon Ball 七龙珠 all the way. The version I read was naturally in mandarin, even so, I could recall much of the story line when I was watching it every day on cartoon network when working in Seattle.

In particular, I was a huge fan of 孙悟空 (Goku in the English version) because of his noble heart in the face of adversary. It was one of those comic books that did affect me emotionally – each fight, each victory, each near complete destruction (it’s always about the superlative isn’t it).

Besides Dragon Ball, there were quite a number of other comic books that I glance, including 灌篮高手 (a basketball related comic), 老夫子 (Old Master Q – apparently most Indian barbers have this), etc. You?
