This Portion To Be Demolished!

About a month ago, my flat’s (well my landlord’s flat) lift upgrading got started. Everywhere, things are being destroyed, removed, dismantled, made unusable, made dirty, moved, replaced by other temporary things.

Is lift upgrading still a political ticket? That I don’t know. I surveyed some of the long time residents here and understand that we’ve been in the queue for a long time already, and they have seen other nearby areas being upgraded one by one.

The upgrading will last till end of the year, judging based on experience from other flat owners. The dust has yet to build up – it will come when the structure rises from the ashes (or mud, depends on your imagination) to my floor. Guo Loong’s show rack outside the house accumulated some 1 mm thick dust, which looks plain ridiculous… haha

Gotta double lock the door as more people will be working all around the place.
