ReCom is geared up for this year’s scholarship season

Calling all young and aspiring students in Malaysia! Join ReCom today!

ReCom has recently undergone yet another migration. You would have noticed a marked improvement in access speeds and site responsiveness. Since 2003, ReCom has grown from a university dorm PC into commercial web hosting space (with some necessary evil of online ads) into a 15,000 strong community. Many students who benefited from the camaraderie of the community continue to return to help young students better thread their higher education, so that they are more likely to succeed.

Some of the hottest discussions in the community includes various scholarship interview tips and tricks (e.g. Mara/JPA etc.), SPM studying companions, critical issues in modern Malaysia (e.g. Allah vs Tuhan), university admissions (especially good for finding friends before you go to a foreign land), and even professionals reaching out to the community (e.g. tuition teachers!) There are also some pretty serious discussions in various fields in science and technology, business and politics, and even the best place to eat :p

What’s most unique to me is the global composition of Malaysian students, as we benefit from various education systems in Malaysia and overseas, the train of thought in issues are sometimes markedly different, creating an excellent platform to seek alternative views and learn uncommon tricks around your education and career.
